Nara Lee , Director, National Honor Societies at National Association of Secondary School Principals

Nara Lee is a Baltimore native and was a first-generation college student who attended Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in outreach and identification of students from untapped populations working for the District of Columbia Public Schools, Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. Prior to taking on her current position of Director of the National Honor Societies, Nara served as Director of Member Engagement for the Coalition for Access, Affordability, and Success, a membership organization representing over 140 colleges and universities with selective admission.

Mary Nucciarone, Director of Financial Aid
Notre Dame in Indiana  

Ms. Nucciarone started her financial aid career more than 30  years ago at Saint Mary’s College. Mary joined the Notre Dame staff in 2004 and became the Director of Financial aid in 2012 where she is responsible for recommending and implementing policies and procedures in the administration, oversight and distribution of federal, state, institutional, and athletic aid. Nucciarone oversees the distribution of more than $433 million in federal, state, private, and institutional financial aid to over 9,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.  She also serves as a member of the Enrollment Management Operations Committee, Athletic Campus Compliance Committee, Academic Code Committee and Student Advisory Health Insurance Committee.

A graduate of Marquette University, Mary is currently a trustee of the College Board, chair of the College Board Colloquium Planning Committee, member of the College Board Task Force on Reauthorization, and a board member of the Scholarship Foundation of St. Joseph County.  

Jati Baeza, Director with the PSAT-Related Assessment Program

Jati Baeza is the Director with the PSAT-Related Assessment Program at the College Board where she leads strategy around scholarship partners connected to the PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 10. Jati has spent much of her professional life in education-related fields, having worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in the education department for five years. Jati holds a BA from Cornell University in Art History and Spanish Literature with a minor in Education Policy.
