Tracey Morman
Director of Counseling/College & Career Readiness
Amarillo Independent School District in Amarillo, TX

Tracey Morman is the Director of Counseling/College & Career Readiness and oversees a diverse group of counselors and programs, at Amarillo Independent School District in Amarillo, Texas. She currently serves on the Counseling and Admission Council with College Board. With more than 22 years of educational experience, Tracey has worked with Advanced Placement as both a teacher and counselor, she oversees SAT as a district coordinator for SAT School day, and works closely with colleges and universities in both Texas and the surrounding area to ensure college readiness and access for all students. Tracey is a proud alumna of Texas Tech University where she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Education in Administration.

Maureen O'Dea, Director of School Counseling
Londonderry High School in Londonderry , NH

As a School Counselor and Director for more than 15 years, Maureen has worked in various diverse New Hampshire schools including   4000 students, a small school with 350 students, and currently works in a school of 1500 students  guiding students through their high school careers ensuring their successful transition beyond high school. An advocate for the unyielding success of every student; champion of independent pathways for learning, Maureen lends her perspective of 8 years of experience in higher education. Her perspective from both sides of the desk provides critical insight to guide the development of effective strategies for professional and student success.

An advocate for the profession and her students, she currently serves as treasurer for New Hampshire School Counselors, Assembly Delegate for New England Association of College Admission Counselors, Board Member of NH Directors of School Counseling as well as a member of the College Board Counselor Advisory Council.
