This complimentary webinar will offer a review of legal best practices for navigating the do’s and don’ts of the disciplinary process. Presenters will discuss how to deal with employee complaints, discipline, and employee reviews through proper documentation, and how to protect your organization from incomplete investigations and inconsistent disciplinary practices.
